PRIVACY POLICY
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as on the free movement of such data, has been in force since 25 May 2018 and which repeals Directive 95/46 / EC (general data protection regulation).
The regulation is directly applicable in Italy and in others in the European legal systems
In compliance with these provisions, the Municipality of Savona has adopted the Regulation for the implementation of EU regulation 2016/679 relating to the protection of personal data with regard to the processing of personal data and has appointed the Data Protection Officer (RPD).
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
With decree of the Mayor n. 8 of 28 May 2018, the Data Protection Officer (DPO) was appointed, pursuant to article 37 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
