Savona is not only illustrious history, it is a beating heart of life and traditions: Every two years the Procession is a river of faith and devotion that winds through the streets of the center. The processional boxes, true works of art, are transformed into stage sets to tell sacred stories with moving mastery.

This year the Procession returns on Friday, April 18

The procession will start at 20:30 from the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption to continue in via Caboto, piazza Cavallotti, via Gramsci, piazza Leon Pancaldo, via Paleocapa, corso Italia, piazza Sisto IV.

In case of rain, the event will not take place and speakers will remain open until 23.00 hours.

On Monday, 14 April at 9 pm at the church of San Francesco da Paola (Villapiana) you can attend the rehearsal of the motets of the procession.

Friday 18 April the Civic Art Gallery will be opened extraordinary on the occasion of the procession until 21
