A program is ready to kick off for summer 2026, featuring music, nonfiction, art, and insights into current affairs and debates on the economy of the future: the summer will come to life in the historic center and heart of Savona.

An extraordinary parade of musicians from Savona will bring to life a musical marathon aimed at raising funds for the AIAS of Savona.

EroCaddeo – FAR FROM HOME – Summer Tour 2026
The singer-songwriter, a breakout star of the latest edition of X Factor, will take to the festival stage, where he finished second overall, captivating the Italian public with his delicate and profound style. The festival's closing event is a true celebration of music. Four stages will offer genres for all tastes:
- Los Duendes - Gypsy and Flamenca music
- Paolo Bonfanti Band – Tonight Blues!
- Miky & The Red Rockets (Rockabilly & rock 'n' roll)
- Napo sings De Andrè – Bocca di Rosa and other stories…, a moving tribute to the poetry of the great Faber).
SAVONA DOWNTOWN MUSIC FESTIVAL - ART AND CULTURE
Initiatives, exhibitions, events, and special openings at Savona's museums on the 5 Thursdays of July:
CIVIC ART GALLERY
Every Thursday: special opening from 7pm to 10pm with free admission
On July 9th and 23rd, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM, two workshops will be held in collaboration with the Civic Archaeological and City Museum, entitled "Let's Make and Decorate Paper!" The workshops will be divided into two parts: the first at the Archaeological Museum, where the paper will be made, and the second at the Civic Art Gallery, where the handmade paper will be decorated and painted.
BRANDALE COMPLEX
Special opening hours from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM for the "History Lights Up at Night" initiative.
CATHEDRAL MUSEUM COMPLEX AND SISTINE CHAPEL

Special evening openings on Thursdays in July from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
July 2nd: Free opening of the Sistine Chapel to the public with a performance of pieces on the 1764 Piccaluga organ by Maestro Antonio Delfino.
July 9th and 16th: Opening with a guided tour of the Historical Archives and Diocesan Library, with the opportunity to see the exhibition "The Pope in Prison in Savona," which has been extended throughout July.
July 23: Free opening with guided tours of the apartments of Pope Pius VII
July 30th: Free opening of the Sistine Chapel to the public with a performance of pieces on the 1764 Piccaluga organ by Maestro Antonio Delfino.
EXHIBITION ROOMS OF THE BISHOP'S PALACE
Special evening openings on Thursdays in July
July 2nd: Book presentation: "Green in healthcare settings" - Ed. Centro Studi Erickson
Start time: 6:00 PM; End time: 8:00 PM
The book's four authors (Costanzi, Cornara, Casiddu, and Cella) will be present. The debate will be moderated by journalist Chiara Daina.
This event is aimed at residents and managers of facilities contracted by ASL2 in the areas of care for the elderly, disabled, mental health, and child neuropsychiatry.
9-16-23 July Continuation of the evening opening from 5pm to 11pm of the exhibition “Creatures of Heaven and Earth”.
A group exhibition of photos and artworks that aims to convey a message of sharing, inclusion, and solidarity through emotion, contemplation, and artistic dialogue. Organized by the Lions Club Photo Art Culture.
SAVONA DOWNTOWN MF – SHOPPING, FOOD, ENTERTAINMENT

During the Thursdays of July, the city streets will come alive and be decked out for the holidays thanks to the merchants' initiatives: starting at 6:30 pm, entertainment, music, tastings, many offers and surprises.
