The Barrili Civic Library hosts a special event dedicated to the presentation and extraordinary exhibition of the Charta offersionis of the Abbey of San Quintino di Spigno (991) , recognised as the oldest document in Savona and among the oldest in the entire region. .

A unique opportunity to admire a thousand-year-old parchment up close and discover its fascinating historical events through the interventions of local experts and historians. .
